产品介绍:

高性能碳化硼/铝(B4C-AI)复合板材主要应用于核电站乏燃料贮存水池格架、后处理厂乏燃料贮存水池格架、燃料贮运容器及其他中子吸收装备,具有优异中子吸收能力所有技术指标均满足中核集团“华龙一号”核电机组国电投集团AP1000””CAP1400”核电机组性能要求。公司建造了年产150吨全致密中子吸收材料专用生产线,通过了工艺技术与生产设备的适应性实验,形成了稳定、经济的工业化生产能力,具有独立自主知识产权的宽幅面板材工业化制造技术,拥有授权发明专利3项,企业标准3份,技术条件和要求3份,工艺规程9份,检测类文件10份,设备管理文件10份。先进的专业化生产线(高效的连续轧制、成倍扩产),保证工程板材性能的稳定优异(辐照试验剂量达到国际同类材料的最高水平:γ射线剂量达到了9.03×1011rads,快中子剂量达1.803×1020n/cm2),是实现国内外唯一宽幅板(650mm)工业化生产单位。

 

High-density B4C-A1 homogeneous neutron absorbing material

Introduction:

High-performance boron carbide/aluminum (B4C-AI) composite sheet is mainly used in nuclear power plant spent fuel storage pool grid, post-processing plant spent fuel storage pool grid, fuel storage container and other neutron absorption equipment with excellent neutron absorption capacity. All technical indicators meet the performance requirements of China National Nuclear Corporation "Hualong No. 1" nuclear power unit and State power investment corporation "AP1000" "CAP1400" nuclear power unit. Our company has built a special production line with an annual output of 150 tons of high-density neutron absorbing materials. We have passed the adaptability experiment of process technology and production equipment and have formed a stable and economical industrial production capacity. We have independent industrial intellectual property rights of wide-width plate industrial manufacturing technology and have 3 authorized invention patents, 3 enterprise standards, 3 technical conditions and requirements, 9 technical procedures, 10 inspection documents and 10 equipment management documents. We have advanced professional production line (high-efficiency continuous rolling, multi-expansion expansion) to ensure the stability of engineering sheet performance (radiation test dose reaches the highest level of international similar materials: γ-ray dose reaches 9.03×1011rads, fast neutron dose reaches 1.803×1020n/cm2). Our company is the only industrialized production unit of wide-width plate (650mm) at home and abroad.
